双重固化UV玻璃皱纹油墨 UV-GI-890双重固化UV玻璃皱纹油墨 UV CURABLE SCREEN PRINTINH SHRINK INK FOR GLASS (UV AND IR) 特性与用途 UV-GI-890是玻璃或金属基材专用光固皱纹油墨,经短波紫外线照射后,涂膜表面首先收缩形成皱纹,再在普通紫外光照射固化主要用于家装或家电玻璃、金属等产品的装饰。该油墨对玻璃、金属等底材有优异的附着牢度,固化好的玻璃成品耐水性能佳,固化膜韧性好,遇潮湿或水中浸泡,不会脱落。加入UV色浆,可印刷出彩色皱纹图案。皱纹大小与涂层厚度有关,涂层越厚,皱纹越大,涂层越薄,皱纹越小。印刷时可通过网目高低控制皱纹大小,一般以100-150目为佳。 技术特性: 型 号:UV-GI-890 颜 色:无色透明 粘 度(25℃/CPS): 3800-4300 印刷网目:80-200 皱纹速度(皱纹灯40W×4-6支): 2-5米/分 光固速度(3KW高压汞灯×2支): 3-5米/分 对玻璃附着牢度:100% 硬 度(H): 3H 耐水性:水中浸泡12小时,无异常。 包 装(KG/桶):1、5 保存期:(月/室温避光)6个月 工艺流程: 玻璃清洗烘干-加入21#添加剂和固化剂-丝印皱纹油墨(80-100目)-皱纹形成-UV固化-热处理(120-150度/5-10分钟) 印刷与固化: UV油墨粘度相对较大,尤其是天冷时丝印速度不要太快,以免产生气泡。 注意事项 : 1、UV-GI-890N不含挥发性溶剂,印刷不会塞网,不需要添加稀释剂。 2 、光固皱纹油墨印刷后,首先经特定波长紫外灯照射,表面形成皱纹,再通过高压汞灯照射,即可完全固化。 3 皱纹大小除与油墨厚度有关外,与通过特定紫外灯的速度也有关系,速度太快,无皱纹产生,速度太慢,表面已固化,也不会产生皱纹。通过控制传送带速度,可确定最佳值。皱纹灯距一般为2-3厘米。 4、热处理:为了增加油墨对玻璃的牢度和表面硬度,建议UV光固化后对玻璃进行加热处理,加热处理条件:150度/5-10分钟。有红外线烘道的公司可直接送入烘道热处理,温度越高,加热时间可相应缩短。 5、印刷前在油墨中添加21#添加剂,是为了提高油墨的耐水性和附着力,以保证玻璃在真空镀镜前水洗或成品裁切时,发泡图案不会产生脆裂或脱落。为避免浪费,建议用多少油墨,临时配多少,不要多配。加入了添加剂的UV油墨应尽快用完,否则油墨的耐水性会变差。 Special features and application: UV-GI-890 is designed for glass and metal. Exposed to short-wave UV, the surface of coat shrinks to create wrinkles. Then the coat is cured by common UV. It is mainly used for home decoration and appliances. The ink shows good adhesion to glass and metal, excellent water resistance, good tenacity and so on. Adding color paste to the ink can make the wrinkle pattern colorful. The size of wrinkles has something to do with the thickness of coat. The coat is thicker, the wrinkles will be bigger. During screen printing, the size can be controlled by screen mesh (100-150 is the best).

Produce process: Clear and dry the glass→Add 21# agent and curing agent→Screen print (80-100) →Wrinkles appear→UV curing→Heat treating (120-150℃/5-10min)
The ink shows high viscosity, especially in winter. Thus, the speed of printing should not be too fast, otherwise froth may appear.
Notes: 1、 UV-GI-890N has no volatile solvent, and thinner is not necessary. 2、 At first the coat on the glass should be exposed to UV light of special wave lengths to create wrinkles. Then it is cured completely by high pressure mercury lamp. 3、 The size of wrinkles depends on the speed of passing through the wrinkles lamp except the thickness of coat. When the speed is too fast, wrinkles will not appear; when the speed is too slow, the surface will be curable and wrinkles will not appear, too. The distance between lamp and conveyor belt is 2-3 cm usually. 4、 Heat treating after curing is beneficial to the adhesion to glass and the highness. 5、 Adding 21# agent to the ink before printing can improve the adhesion to glass and water resistance. It’s important that the ink mixed with 21# should be used as quickly as possible. Otherwise it may exhibit poor adhesion and water resistance. |
